The Outreach Office at the Department of Mathematics is looking for students to get involved all year round. The programs are designed to reach as wide an audience as possible. As such we try to keep our program costs as low as possible and use mostly volunteers to run them. We also believe that money should not be a barrier to education and therefore strive to offer as many bursaries as we can to students in need. However, at the end of the day, many of these programs do cost a significant amount of resources to run.
For this reason, we are asking for your help and to support those that may not be able to afford our programs and to help us expand our efforts even further.
This help can be financial but it can also be donating time, resources and even providing connections with community groups or members of the community.
- If you can help with time, please visit our Opportunities section.
